Our Foundation Training Sessions are private, one-to-one sessions with one of our knowledgeable and friendly instructors. Designed to teach correct form, movement patterns, and body alignment, they focus on your individual needs while building your skills and confidence. Book a single session or a series of sessions before progressing into your first free studio class.
