A full body class with a focus on core and posture.  It’s low impact, and joint friendly, using light weights. But you’ll still find that signature shaking in thigh work. You will get clear and detailed guidance with an emphasis on alignment, breath, balance and flexibility.  Through small movements and isometric holds, you’ll safely build strength and endurance – physically and mentally!

Express Barre

A quality barre workout in just half an hour.  Shorter transitions and more movements involving both your upper and lower body mean we can raise your heart rate and squeeze a total body class into 30 minutes. The perfect class if you’re short on time but still want to work on your glutes and abs, and improve your balance and mobility. 

NB: not suitable for pregnancy during 3rd trimester or for post natal clients less than 12 weeks. We advise seeking advice with their physician before attending classes.

A low impact class designed to strengthen your whole body using functional movements.  It can be carried out using your own bodyweight or with dumbbells to adapt to all fitness levels.  If you’re looking to challenge your muscles in a different way, this is a great class to try. This morale boosting class is great for building muscle, increasing bone density and improving overall body strength.

Strength & Cardio

A high impact class incorporating strength and cardio intervals.  It’s an ideal mix of functional and high energy moves, with lots of motivation to make sure you get the most out of your workout. Low impact modifications are also offered. This combination class is perfect for improving energy levels, metabolic rate strength and stamina.

Express HIIT

THU 07:00 – 07:30

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with quick bursts of intense exercise, followed by short periods of recovery.  There may be some jumping, but we’ll always offer low impact options.  A time efficient class that will help burn fat and calories, whilst improving cardio fitness. This high energy team spirited class will leave you with that post workout buzz.
